Our commitment to better home health care started with a personal search for senior care. When we first realized that Leslie's grandmother needed assistance, we had no idea what to do or where to go for help. After experiencing, first-hand, the stress of finding trustworthy homecare, we devoted ourselves to nurturing better solutions for families.
At ACC Family, we understand the importance of choosing the right caregiver for your loved one. To ensure that we are providing top quality home health care, our caregivers undergo a rigorous 18-point security check. All caregivers are required to be Nurse Aides (N.A.) or Certified Nurse Aides (C.N.A.) and must pass an English proficiency exam. We monitor caregiver performance through site visits to clients' homes and evaluate each caregiver every 30-90 days.
Adult Companion Care is bonded, insured and fully licensed by the Virginia Department of Health.
