Let Us Help You Help Your Clients and Patients with their homecare needs
ACC Family enjoys referrals from social workers, discharge planners, elder law attorneys, financial advisors, clergy and other professionals who provide assistance to seniors. We are a licensed, bonded, non-skilled home health care agency. We have offices in Alexandria, Rockville, and the District of Columbia. Since we are not a franchise, you will not have to switch to another office or contact person regardless of your location. We provide home care services throughout the DC Metro Area:

- Northern Virginia: City of Alexandria, City of Arlington, and the counties of Fairfax, Loudoun and Prince William
- Maryland: Montgomery and Prince George's counties
To refer a client for home care services, simply phone, fax or e-mail us the client's name and phone number, along with your assessment of the level of care required. One of our experienced homecare coordinators will call you back to review your recommendation. Then we'll contact the family directly. Once arrangements have been made, we'll give you a courtesy call to brief you on the home care services being provided to your client.
